How do I make a booking?
Simply select your options from the search menu (date, type of food required, number of people, post code etc). A list of caterers who match your needs and have availability for your date will then come up. Look through their profile and menus and select one. Add your details, pay your 10% deposit and the booking is made. The catering company will then contact you with the next 24 hours to finalise the details with you.
What if I want to change my order or numbers?
That is simple: Contact your caterer and discuss any further details direct with them. You will have their name, phone number and email address.
What if what I want is not listed?
Just drop us an email and we will do the rest and find someone who can help you.
What if I have to cancel my event?
You will contact your caterer and discuss your new plans. The 10% deposit is non refundable. Why is it non refundable? Because caterers have booked that time for your event and may not be able to get another booking.
When do I pay the remainder of the booking?
All caterers differ, but mainly it will be three months prior to the booked event.
Do you cater for last minute bookings?
Yes absolutely! If you can’t find a caterer using the search menu and by adding your date, please drop us an email and we’ll try to sort something for you.
What if the caterer cancels?
This is very rare, but should this happen, your appointed caterer will be responsible for assisting you to find another suitable caterer for your function. (Once you have selected your caterer at Catering Kent, your contract is handed over to them).
